Get back to time blocking. Keep it when the week changes.
Daymark Weekly Planner is a free weekly planner for time blocking. Set up your ideal week once and start every week from it. When a meeting moves, drag the block to a new hour instead of crossing things out. It opens in your browser on your phone or computer, with no account to create.
Opens straight away with a sample week. Move one block and you've started.
Your ideal week was fine. Real weeks just didn't match it.
You learned it from a book, a training or a video, and for a while your week made sense. You set up an ideal week, each block in its place, and followed it. Then a meeting moved, or work came in that couldn't wait, and on paper there was no easy way to shift things and keep going. Keeping up took effort, and when life got busy, that effort was the first thing to go. It probably wasn't a lack of discipline. Keeping the plan was simply too much work.
Tuesday, after the client moves the call to 9Two blocks dragged, nothing crossed out.
See the whole planner in one minute.
Built for the week you actually get.
Everything here is in the free planner, on your phone or your computer.
Move the block, keep the plan.
Drag a block to a new time, or pull its edge to make it shorter. On a phone, press and hold a block, then drag. The rest of the week stays where it was.
Your ideal week, every week.
Save your ideal week as a template and start each week from it, or copy this week to next week. You set it up once, not every Sunday.
Nothing keeps score.
A moved block looks like any other block. There are no streaks and no overdue list, and ticking a block done is optional. Miss a few days and there's nothing to catch up on: start the next week from your ideal week.
Send it to your calendar.
Export the week as a calendar file for Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook.
Why not paper or your calendar?
Same Tuesday, same moved call. Here is what each one asks of you.
Fine for a week, and away from screens. Redrawing it every time the week changes is what wears you down.
On SundayDraw the whole week again.
Dragging works well. But your plan sits among every meeting and invite, so your own week is hard to see.
On SundayRebuild next week, or set up repeating events.
Add the few meetings you plan around, then drag two blocks. Nothing crossed out.
On SundayApply your ideal week, or copy this one forward.
Your calendar stays in the loop
Your meetings stay where they are. Plan your blocks here, then export the week as one file, and your calendar shows that time as taken.

Why I made it.

In 2017, during a DigitalMarketer training, I watched Ryan Deiss show how he runs his week: several businesses and a family, each block in its place. I set up my own ideal week on paper and followed it by hand. It worked. I saw real progress.
Then life got busy, and I stopped.
For years I'd have said I needed more discipline. When Dan Martell's Buy Back Your Time brought the idea back, I asked a better question: why was it so hard to keep? The honest answer was the paper. Real weeks don't match the ideal one. A meeting moves, and on paper there's no easy way to shift things and keep going.
So I built a drag-and-drop planner, just for me. When the week doesn't match the plan, you drag the block somewhere else. No crossing out, no starting over. I shared it, people wanted it, and it became Daymark Weekly Planner. It's free and open source, and I keep improving it because I use it myself.
You don't need to learn it again. You need a way back that's easy to keep.
Free for good. Pro if you want it everywhere.

Honest answers.
I've tried planners before and stopped. Why would this be different?
Most plans stop at the same point: the real week stops matching the plan, and shifting things is a chore. That's the part this planner is built around. Moving a block is one drag, a missed day leaves nothing overdue, and every week can start from your ideal week. It's free, so finding out costs one week.
Is it really free? What's the catch?
No catch. The planner is free and stays free, with no ads and no account. It's open source under the MIT license, so it can carry on on its own. Daymark Weekly Planner Pro is an optional paid plan for people who want their plan on every device; the free planner doesn't change.
Can anyone see what I type in my plan?
Your plan is saved in your browser, not on a server. The hosted site uses Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand visits, with planner text masked in Clarity recordings. Downloaded copies run without analytics.
Does it plan my day for me?
No. You decide where each block goes, and when the day changes, you decide where it moves. If you want an app that reschedules your work on its own, Daymark Weekly Planner isn't that.
Where is my plan saved? Can I lose it?
In the browser on your device. Clearing your browser's data would erase it, so use Back up in the planner now and then to save a copy as a file. Want the planner itself too? Download it: it's one file that opens in your browser, even if this site ever goes away.
Does it sync between my phone and computer?
The free planner works on your phone or your computer, and each device keeps its own plan. To move a plan between them, use Back up on one and Restore on the other. Daymark Weekly Planner Pro saves your plan to an account and keeps your phone and computer up to date.
Does it connect to Google Calendar or Outlook?
Not live, but you can send your week to it. Choose Export → Google Calendar to save the week as a calendar file, then import it in Google Calendar under Settings → Import & export. The same file works in Apple Calendar and Outlook. Nothing syncs back, so add the few fixed meetings you plan around to Daymark and block your own work in the gaps.
Start with this week.
Open the planner, move the sample blocks to fit your real week, and give one block a day to the thing that matters most. When the week moves, move the block. Your ideal week can wait until Sunday.
